Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp Ghee
- 1 cup Tomato puree
- 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1/4 cup Roasted cashew nut paste
- 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
- 1 cup Yogurt
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1 tsp Degi mirch powder
- 1 tsp Garam masala powder
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- 1 tsp Cumin powder
- 1 tsp Salt (or to taste)
- 1/4 cup Hot water
- Green coriander (Chopped) as needed
- K&N’s Kabab Tikki (648 g)
- Oil (for frying) as needed
Instructions:
- Heat ghee in a deep saucepan and sauté finely chopped onions until translucent. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook briefly.
- Pour in tomato puree and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt. Mix thoroughly.
- Incorporate yogurt and cook until ghee separates. Stir in cashew nut paste, cream, cardamom powder, and dried fenugreek. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes. Add water and degi mirch powder.
- Fry Kabab Tikki as per the package instructions.
- Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves and serve hot. Your Kabab Handi is now ready to be savoured.
