ISLAMABAD/KABUl: A Taliban spokesperson Zabiullah Mujahid said on Thursday that eight people were killed and seven arrested following Taliban raids on hideouts of the Daesh militant group in Afghanistan.

According to the Arab news, “These persons had the main role in the attack on the Chinese restaurant and paved the way for foreign Islamic State Khorasan Province (ISKP) members to come to Afghanistan,” the spokesperson Mujahid said on Twitter, describing Wednesday’s raids.
He said that lots of weapons and explosives have fallen into the hands of the Afghan security forces.
