ISLAMABAD: Senior All Parties Hurriyat Conference (APHC) leader Muhammad Yousuf Naqash has said that the illegal and unilateral actions taken by New Delhi on August 5, 2019, and thereafter were unforgettable atrocities and tragedies for the people of Kashmir.
In a statement, he said India’s unilateral actions taken on August 5, 2019, and after that, there are tragic, painful, and violations of the UN resolutions about Kashmir and global laws,”.

He added Kashmiris would never overlook India’s aggressive acts aimed at assaulting the values and norms of the people of Kashmir.
He maintained the world had already been informed of these nefarious intentions of New Delhi, but sadly, the UN and other world powers played the role of just spectators that encouraged rather than discouraging New Delhi to continue its all-ill designs.
He said that the world has been informed several times regarding India’s expansionist and nefarious designs with emphasis that not only South Asia but the peace of the world was at risk due to India’s imperialist ambitions.”
He maintained, “Today, we reaffirm that India should be stopped resolutely; otherwise, peace of South Asia will be endangered,”.
He added, “The Indian illegal actions of August 5, 2019, have resulted in the martyrdom of innocent people and youth of Kashmir in fake encounters, property, land confiscation, and extrajudicial killings.”
He said, “Under the pretext of these illegal actions, millions of non-Kashmiri Hindus have been given domicile in IIOJK, and a design has been devised to eliminate the native and local Kashmiris.”
