King Charles’ Wife, Camilla Tests Positive for Covid-19

LONDON: King Charles’ wife and queen consort, Camilla, has tested positive for Covid-19, said Buckingham Palace on Monday.

“After suffering the symptoms of cold, Her Majesty The Queen Consort has tested positive for the Covid virus,” said the palace about the health of the 75-year old royal in a statement. The palace further said that queen consort has canceled all her public engagements for the running week.

Camilla had also contracted virus in 2022

Both the King and the queen had been fully vaccinated against Covid-19, including a booster shot, and Camilla had contracted the infection once in February 2022.
