‘King of Fruit’ Mango Demands High Amid Health Benefits

According to nutrition experts, aside from their delicious, sweet taste, mangoes also offer many health benefits. It is not only tasty but also boasts an impressive nutritional profile, and one of its most impressive nutrient facts is that just one cup (165 grams) of fresh mango provides about 67 per cent of the DV for vitamin C.
