JEDDAH: The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and Crown Prince and Prime Minister (PM) Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud have congratulated Petteri Orpo, Prime Minister of the Republic of Finland, on the formation of a new government and taking the constitutional oath.
