MOSCOW, Russia: The Kremlin announced on Monday that Russia is actively working to de-escalate tensions in the Middle East by maintaining open dialogues with all involved parties and advocating for restraint.
According to Reuters, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov underscored Russia’s consistent diplomatic efforts, stressing that Moscow remains in close contact with Israel, Palestine, and Iran to mitigate the aftermath of the recent Israeli airstrikes on Iran.
According to Peskov, Russia’s ongoing communications aim to prevent further escalation and support peace efforts in a highly volatile region.
