According to the SPA, King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) Supervisor General and Advisor at the Royal Court Dr. Abdullah Al Rabeeah launched the strategic plan for the center at its headquarters in Riyadh. The event was attended by Institute of Public Administration (IPA) DG Dr. Bandar Al-Sajan and several top KSrelief officials.
