KSrelief Concludes Saudi Noor Program to Fight Blindness in Guinea

CONAKRY: The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) has concluded the “Noor Saudi Arabia” volunteer program to fight blindness in Conakry, Guinea, held July 15 to 23, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported on Wednesday.

According to the SPA, during the program, KSrelief’s volunteer medical team also examined around 6,500 cases, distributed about 1,100 eyeglasses, and performed 450 successful eye surgeries.

The SPA further reported that the program is part of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s (KSA) current humanitarian and relief projects, implemented via KSrelief, to support the medical sector and those with eye diseases in various nations.
