KABUL: King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) has conducted a medical project to combat blindness in the Kabul Province, of Afghanistan, from October 27 to November 1, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported on Sunday.
The Saudi Noor Voluntary Project was implemented in cooperation with the World Sight Foundation.
Throughout the duration of the media project, the KSrelief volunteer medical team examined 4,160 patients and successfully performed 442 specialized surgeries.
This is one of the humanitarian and relief projects that Saudi Arabia implements through KSrelief to support the medical sector and help people from different nations suffering from eye diseases.
