KUWAIT: Prime Minister of Kuwait, Sheikh Dr. Mohammad Sabah Al-Salem Al-Sabah, during the extraordinary parliamentary session on Monday, took oath as the Deputy of Amir of Kuwait, Kuwait news agency (KUNA) reported.
The Deputy Amir took the oath according to Article 63 of the constitution of Kuwait.

The Deputy Amir during the oath pledged to respect the Constitution of the country, safeguard freedoms, state laws, interests and funds of the people of Kuwait, territorial integrity and be faithful to the Amir of Kuwait, Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Saba.
An Amiri Decree issued on Wednesday appointed the Prime Minister as the Deputy Amir.
