Kyrgyzstan’s President Japarov Takes Bold Step to Protect Businesses

BISHKEK, Kyrgyzstan: Kyrgyzstan’s President, Sadyr Japarov, has taken a proactive step to protect small and medium-sized businesses by imposing a temporary ban on inspections.

In a Facebook post, President Japarov called on entrepreneurs to report any unwarranted inspections, emphasizing the need to ensure economic sustainability and support for businesses. The decree, effective until December 31 of the current year, excludes inspections for enterprises facing criminal cases.

President Japarov urged entrepreneurs to contact him through the Executive Office if faced with unjustified inspections, assuring that appropriate measures would be taken in such cases.

This move aligns with efforts to create a business-friendly environment and prevent unnecessary disruptions.
