MADINAH, Saudi Arabia: Madinah Municipality’s field teams are actively maintaining and repairing the city’s road network following the Hajj season.
They’ve maintained 214,280 linear meters of main and internal roads, repaired 2,366 sq. meters of potholes, and removed illegal speed bumps.
Additionally, they conducted 875 cleaning tours, disinfecting 7,186 locations. The teams also focused on material quality, examining 32 surface samples including asphalt, concrete, and soil, and performing 82 tests.
With pilgrim numbers increasing, both field and supervisory teams are intensifying their efforts to ensure infrastructure readiness.
