ISLAMABAD: An earthquake of 4.9 magnitude struck several parts of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa province during the early hours of Tuesday morning.
According to the seismological centre, earthquake tremors were experienced in Swat, Mingora, Lower Pir, Upper Dir and adjoining areas, as reported by a private news channel.
Residents came out of their houses in fear, reciting Kalma-e-Tayyaba.
However, preliminary reports indicate no casualties or property damage in any part of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. —APP
