Mango Dessert Cups Recipe

ISLAMABAD: Indulge in these refreshing Mango Dessert Cups. They are perfect for satisfying the sweet cravings.

Ingredients:

Mango chunks: 2 cups

Dairy Cream: 1 cup

Whipping Cream: 1 cup

Mango paste: 1/4 cup

Full Cream Milk: 2 cups

Sugar: 1/2 cup

Prepared mango paste: 1 cup

Egg yolk mixture: 4 egg yolks + 1/4 cup corn flour

For Assembling:

  • Prepared mango custard
  • Crushed cake (as required)
  • Mango chunks (as required)
  • Prepared mango cream (as required)

Instructions:

  1. Blend mango chunks in a blender until smooth. Add Dairy Cream and blend again. Set aside.
  2. In a bowl, beat Whipping Cream until fluffy and stiff peaks form. (Tip: Chill the cream overnight in the fridge and use an electric beater.)
  3. Add mango paste to the whipped cream and beat again. Set aside.
  4. In a pan, heat Full Cream Milk and add sugar. Cook until it starts to boil.
  5. Add prepared mango paste and mix well. Then add the egg yolk mixture and cook until it thickens.
  6. Allow the mixture to cool.
  7. Next, in dessert bowls, layer the prepared mango custard, crushed cake, mango chunks, and mango cream.
  8. The Mango Dessert Cups are ready to enjoy.
