ISLAMABAD: A major portion of Margalla Road has been opened for general traffic. Most of the work from the G.T. Raod side has been completed, and the commuters are using it from G.T. Road Sangjani towards Islamabad near the D-12 sector.
The inclusion of the avenue will have a significant impact on the traffic of Islamabad and will lower the burden on other major roads. Passengers will also come from Islamabad towards Peshawar, Taxila, Lahore-Peshawar Motorway, and vice-versa. Following are some of the glimpses of the road.
