RAWALPINDI: The brave soldiers of the Pakistan Army who embraced martyrdom in a terrorist attack in the Daraban area of Dera Ismail Khan district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa were laid to rest on Wednesday with full military honors in their respective native areas, the Inter-services Public Relations (ISPR) said in a press release.
A large number of Pakistan Army officers, soldiers, relatives, and local people attended the funeral prayers of the martyred soldiers who laid their lives for the defense of their homeland, ISPR stated.
These sacrifices of martyrs further strengthen the resolve and morale of the Pakistan Army in the ongoing war against terrorism, ISPR maintained. The ongoing war against terrorists will continue until the elimination of the last terrorist, ISPR concluded.
