Weather Update: Met Office Predicts Dry Weather in Pakistan

ISLAMABAD: Most parts of the country are anticipating dry weather in the upcoming twelve hours, with colder conditions prevailing in the northern regions. Nonetheless, isolated areas in western Balochistan might experience cloudy weather, accompanied by rain, wind, and thunderstorms.

In the morning hours, fog and smog are likely to affect regions including Mangla, Sialkot, Narowal, Gujranwala, Lahore, Okara, Sahiwal, Sargodha, Mandi Bahauldin, Joharabad, Faisalabad, Toba Tek Singh, Bahawalpur, Dera Ghazi Khan, and their surroundings.

Here are the recorded morning temperatures for major cities:

  • Islamabad and Muzafarabad: 11°C
  • Lahore: 19°C
  • Karachi: 26°C
  • Peshawar: 14°C
  • Quetta and Murree: 8°C
  • Gilgit: 3°C

In the forecast for Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, we expect partly cloudy weather in Srinagar, Pulwama, Shopian, Anantnag, Jammu, and Baramula, while Leh is likely to experience cold, partly cloudy conditions.
