Mi-28 Military Helicopter Crashes In Russia, Killing Crew

MOSCOW, Russia: A Mi-28 military helicopter crashed in an uninhabited area of the Kaluga region in southwestern Russia, resulting in the deaths of the crew members, according to Russian news agencies TASS and Interfax.

The crash occurred about 150 kilometers (93 miles) from the Ukrainian border. The Russian defence ministry indicated that a technical malfunction likely caused the disaster.
