ISLAMABAD: The special counsel to the United States President Joe Biden announced on Thursday that the president’s lawyers have discovered more documents with classified markings in the garage of his residence in Delaware state’s Wilmington.
The records, which are of the Obama-Biden administration, were discovered on Wednesday night when the lawyers were conducting a search the president’s residences in Delaware states. Biden residences are in Wilmington and Rehoboth Reach.
Richard Sauber, the president’s special counsel, said one such document was found in a room inside the house while the rest were discovered in the garage.
First batch of documents with classified markings
These papers constitute the second group of documents with classified markings. The one fist batch had been discovered on November 2, however, their existence revealed earlier in the week. The US Department of Justice has started to probe these developments.
