NEW DELHI, India: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) in India has filed a charge sheet against six individuals alleging their involvement in the Maharashtra ISIS terror-module case.
The charges against Tabish Nasser Siddiqui, Zulfikar Ali Barodawala, Sharjeel Shaikh, Aakif Ateeque Nachan, Zubair Noor Mohammad Shaikh, and Adnan Ali Sarkar were presented before the NIA Special Court in Mumbai under various sections of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA) and the Indian Penal Code (IPC).

These individuals were apprehended during multiple raids conducted by the NIA in Maharashtra in July.
