ISLAMABAD: The Nation is all set to celebrate Eid Milad-un-Nabi (P.B.U.H) on Sunday with great religious zeal and fervor to renew the pledge and to transform their lives in line with the teachings of the Holy Prophet (P.B.U.H).
The day will dawn with a 31-gun salute in the federal capital and 21-gun salute in all the provincial capitals.
Meanwhile special prayers will be offered in mosques for upholding and flourishing of Islam and unity, solidarity, progress and welfare of the Muslim Ummah.
Like previous years, streets, roads, markets, government and private buildings have been beautifully decorated and illuminated with lights, colors and banners bearing writings about the celebration of Eid Milad-un-Nabi. State and religious organizations have planned a number of activities including processions, seminars, conferences and other relevant gatherings to mark the annual event. The speakers including religious clerics and thinkers will deliver sermons and speeches on teachings of the holy prophet (PBUH) for the betterment of humanity.
