ISLAMABAD: Nepal Ambassador to Pakistan Tapas Adhikari has lauded the role of WE News, adding that it is the age of digital media and more and more focus should be given to digital platforms to take benefit from the new trends in the media industry.
The Ambassador expressed these views during his visit to WE News Office, Islamabad. He met with staff members and expressed happiness over WE News contributions in the digital media. During his visit, he appreciated the professionalism of the staff members.
The diplomat took special interest in the sports, and culture sections of the WE News and termed culture as a very strong bond in bringing people of different regions together.
WE News staff and the Ambassador discussed the role of digital media in the society during the visit. The visiting dignitary believes that it is the age of digital media and focus must be given to new trends in the media industry.
He further said that no one can ignore the importance of traditional media especially radio but there is need to give more attention to latest technology in media sector for the benefit of society.
