ABU DHABI: The newly constructed and renovated Consular Halls at the Pakistan Embassy in Abu Dhabi were officially inaugurated through a collaborative effort between the Government of Pakistan and Al-Ansari Exchange, a leading financial services provider in the UAE.
Ambassador Faisal Niaz Tirmizi and Al-Ansari Exchange CEO Rashed Al Ansari unveiled the inaugural plaque and toured the passport and attestation sections of the consular halls. The event was attended by members of the Pakistani community as well as Emirati nationals, as noted in a news release on Thursday.
During his remarks, Ambassador Tirmizi reaffirmed the Pakistani government’s commitment to providing efficient consular services to the diaspora in a welcoming environment. He highlighted that the new halls feature a Queue Management System (QMS) and have doubled their seating capacity. He expressed his satisfaction with the project’s completion and extended gratitude to Al Ansari Exchange for their support.
CEO Rashed Al Ansari praised the joint effort and dedication of all those involved in the project. He commended the Pakistani community for its significant role in strengthening bilateral ties between Pakistan and the UAE and for their contributions to the establishment of various institutions in the UAE. He assured attendees of Al Ansari Exchange’s commitment to continue working with the Embassy for the benefit of the Pakistani community.
