ISLAMABAD: Nine people went missing on Sunday after a fishing boat overturned near the southwest coast of South Korea, an official said.
Following the incident, South Korean president Yoon Suk Yeol urged for stepped-up search and rescue efforts.
Passing ship picked up 3 crewmembers near capsized boat
The coast guard said that a passing ship picked up 3 crew members near the capsized boat.
However, 9 others are still unaccounted for.
