NUST: Robotics, STEAM Camp to Start from 4 December in Islamabad

ISLAMABAD: LearnObots will kick off THE “Robotics and STEAM Weekend Camp” at the National University of Science and Technology (NUST) from 4 December to educate children about different trades in the domain of science and technology.

The students will be given a learning opportunity to explore potential business areas in science and technology and also discover their real talent and passion.

The camp will have activities in Engineering, Robotics, Computer Programming, Coding, Application Development, 3D Modelling and Printing, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Game Development, Renewable Energy Resources, Creating Digital Art, Home Inventions, Blogging, and Professional Development.

Camp will remain open on Sundays

The camp will remain open on Sundays for children ranging from 8 to 14 years of age.

Learn Bots is a private educational company headquartered at National Science and Technology Park, which imparts ‘hands-on training’ to children in the areas of Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics (STEAM).

It helps children to identify their real tendencies and turn the exercise into a productive activity.

“Since 2014, LearnOBots has been collaborating with progressive educators and parents to inculcate the spirit and style of STEAM learning in Pakistan’s classrooms. Our aim is to develop the thinkers, inventors, and makers of tomorrow” said a company official. –APP/AFP
