JEDDAH: The General Secretariat of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) has strongly condemned the atrocities committed recently by the Myanmar Military and the army against the Rohingya Muslims in Myanmar.
The OIC General Secretariat in a statement on Thursday urged the international community to take immediate action to ensure the protection and safety of the Rohingya Muslims in Myanmar, and to provide critically required humanitarian relief, especially in Buthidaung and Maundaw townships.
It further called upon the global community to hold the perpetrators of these heinous actions accountable under the international law.
