JEDDAH: The Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) has strongly condemned the crimes committed by the Israeli occupation forces in the cities of Jenin, Tubas and Tulkarem, which resulted in the death of eleven people, the injury of dozens of citizens, and the severe destruction of roads, infrastructure and civilian facilities.

According to a statement on Thursday the OIC deemed these crimes a continuation of the organized state terrorism practiced by the Israeli occupation against the people of Palestine.

The OIC held the Israeli occupation directly responsible for the repercussions of these heinous crimes, which need accountability in accordance with the international criminal law. The body also called on the UN Security Council to fulfil its responsibilities, enforce its relevant resolutions, put an end to this ongoing Israeli terrorism throughout the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including the city of Al-Quds Al-Sharif, and ensure protection of the Palestinian people.
