MADINAH: Over 300 Arab and international publishing houses and agencies are attending the third edition of the Madinah Book Fair, organized by the General Authority for Literature, Publishing, and Translation, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported on Friday.
Over 200 pavilions are showcasing a broad range of publications to enhance visitors’ choices with various literary, intellectual and cultural interests.
The expo, which runs until August 5, is experiencing a high turnout of visitors keen to explore the publications of the different publishing houses. Visitors can also attend the cultural programs which include seminars, group discussions, poetry evenings, workshops, and interactive activities for different age groups.
The Madinah Book Fair 2024 is held at an area of 20,000 square meters behind the King Salman International Convention and Exhibition Center. It is open to visitors from 2:00 pm until 12:00 midnight.
