BEIJING: Pakistan’s Artificial Intelligence Technology Center (AITC) delegation has visited the Chinese AI company Shenzhen AiMall Tech Co., Ltd. to discuss bilateral cooperation.
The Pakistani delegation comprised Director General Nadeem Ahmed, Technical Director Dr. Aminuddin Qureshi, Directors Dr. Syed Khursheed Hasnain, and Kamran Qureshi.
Both delegations engaged in comprehensive discussions regarding various issues and future collaborative plans within AI technology. Accompanying the visit were Dr. Yang Heng, Chairman of AiMall, along with Chen Zai, Strategic Planning Director, and Ji Chuande, Technical Expert.
Nadeem Ahmed analyzed the current global and Pakistani developments in AI. He provided a detailed overview of AITeC’s scientific research progress in AI through a video presentation.
“AITC has established multiple core artificial intelligence laboratories, including computer vision, natural language processing, machine learning, and deep learning. The organization is dedicated to high-quality research and development in various AI fields,” he explained.
Dr. Yang briefly introduced AiMall’s overall development, technology applications, industrial layout, and strategic planning. Subsequently, the parties discussed AI hotspots such as large models, computer vision, embodied intelligence, and industrial application development. They also exchanged perspectives on potential future business cooperation and training courses.
During their visit to AiMall’s AI product area, Dr. Yang showcased the application of AI technology in various Chinese industries. This included its use in the fast-moving retail consumer goods sector, aiding brands in swiftly collecting offline marketing data for accurate market insights and providing comprehensive AI solutions to chain stores and properties, covering aspects from field experience to personnel environment management.
The delegation also experienced international hot technologies, such as general + vertical industry AI language large model application Ask and Get and intelligent vision AI multi-person real-time face-changing.
The delegation members expressed their appreciation for AiMall’s exploration in the AI field, stating, “AITeC is devoted to providing high-quality AI solutions customized according to needs, which aligns with AiMall’s philosophy. We eagerly anticipate exploring and promoting mutually beneficial development in AI technology.”
Both parties agreed to contribute to the high-quality development of AI technology within the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) framework and the Belt and Road Initiative. APP
