ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan Hajj Mission has said that more than 70,000 Pakistani intending pilgrims are actively utilizing the ‘Pak Hajj App’ for online monitoring of all Hajj-related activities.
The Ministry of Religious Affairs has received more than 20,000 suggestions and queries through this platform, all of which have been efficiently addressed, Radio Pakistan reported. The Pak Hajj App offers comprehensive information, including personal details of pilgrims, group information, Mehram details, helper information, additional facilities, Hajj dues, bank account details, and training schedules.
One pilgrim, Shakir Ilyas from Lahore, praised the app for its responsiveness nature. Musarrat Aftab from Islamabad expressed satisfaction with the authorities’ prompt responses and suggested that Pakistan should introduce more such initiatives to assist pilgrims in this era of Information Technology.
