ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan rupee recovered 43 paisa against the american dollar in the interbank trading on Thursday and closed at Rs282.42 compared to Rs282.85 the last trading day.
According to FAP (Forex Association of Pakistan), the buying and selling rates of the US dollars in the open market were recorded at Rs283.5 and Rs286.5 respectively.

The price of the Euro witnessed a decrease by Rs3.49 and closed at Rs300.12 against the last day’s closing of Rs303.61, according to SBP (State Bank of Pakistan).
The Japanese Yen went up by 3 paisa to close at Rs 2.12, whereas the British Pound witnessed a decline of Rs2.08 and was traded at Rs341.81 compared to its last day’s closing of Rs343.89.
The exchange rates of the Saudi Riyal and Emirates Dirham were decreased by 12 paisa each to close at 75.18 and Rs 76.89 respectively.
