LAHORE: The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) on Sunday announced the squads for the national cricket team’s upcoming tours to Australia and Zimbabwe, scheduled for November and December.
The Men in Green will play three One-Day Internationals (ODIs) and three T20 Internationals (T20Is) on each tour, allowing selectors to balance player workloads while testing young talent.
The tour of Australia will take place from November 4 to 18, while the Zimbabwe tour will follow from November 24 to December 5 in Bulawayo.
Babar Azam, Shaheen Shah Afridi and Naseem Shah have returned for Australia tour after a break from the last two Test matches against England. However, the PCB has decided to rest these star players for the Zimbabwe series.
Similarly, Mohammad Rizwan will participate in the Australia tour and the Zimbabwe ODIs but will be rested for the T20Is in Zimbabwe.
