ISLAMABAD: Pakistan’s special representative to Afghanistan, Ambassadors Asif Durrani, will head the country’s delegation at the Special Envoys meeting on Afghanistan scheduled for February 18-19 in Doha.
The meeting, called by the United Nations Secretary-General, aims to explore strategies for international engagement with Afghanistan in a more organized manner.
The Foreign Office stated that Pakistan’s attendance at the meeting reflects its commitment to actively engage with the global community, including the United Nations, to enhance efforts for sustainable peace and prosperity in Afghanistan.
