Pakistan Dispatches 300 Tons of Relief Goods to Gaza

KARACHI: Pakistan dispatched the seventh consignment of relief goods for the people of Gaza via the cargo ship Karakoram on Sunday.

The Palestinian ambassador to Pakistan, officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, NDMA, and senior officers of the armed forces were present at the cargo dispatch ceremony at the terminal.

The aid goods would be transported to Gaza for distribution after reaching Syed Port, Egypt.

The consignment of relief goods consists of three hundred tons of essential items, including medicines, food items, blankets, and other goods.

So far, Pakistan has dispatched 330 tons of relief goods to the affected people of Gaza through 6 flights, including blankets, tents, medicines, and food and drink items.

Pakistan’s Aid Package

The latest package included 100 tons of medicines, 100 tons of blankets, and 100 tons of food items.

The relief goods would be distributed to the affected people in Gaza through the Palestinian Red Crescent Society.
