Pakistan Embassy in Netherlands Celebrates Christmas with Pakistani Christian Community

HAGUE: The Embassy of Pakistan in The Hague hosted a special event on Monday to commemorate Christmas celebrations with the Pakistani-origin Christian community residing in the Netherlands. The event took place at Pakistan House in The Hague.

Ambassador Suljuk Mustansar Tarar extended a warm welcome to the attendees and conveyed heartfelt felicitations and good wishes to them and their families for Christmas, as stated in a press release.

The program featured participants from the Urdu Church of the Netherlands singing traditional carols and hymns, along with offering prayers for Pakistan’s continued progress. Ambassador Tarar emphasized the significance of interfaith harmony and acknowledged the vital role played by minorities in Pakistan. He also highlighted the Government of Pakistan’s initiatives to ensure the welfare of all citizens.

Ambassador Tarar expressed appreciation for the efforts of the Urdu Church and the Pakistani Christian community in the Netherlands, recognizing the positive contributions they make to society. Attendees commended the organization of the event to mark this auspicious occasion.
