BRUSSELS: Pakistan’s Ambassador to the European Union, Belgium, and Luxembourg, Amna Baloch visited to the Brussels Parliament on Friday.
Upon her arrival, she was warmly greeted by Deputy Speaker Carla Dejonghe, Lamia Khan from the Council of Koekelberg, and Martine Raets, Chief of Cabinet of the Vice-President of the Brussels Parliament.
During her visit, she was given a tour of the parliamentary building, and briefed her in detail on its rich historical background. Amna Baloch expressed her admiration for its architectural grandeur and historical significance.
Ambassador Baloch thanked the Deputy Speaker Carla Dejonghe, Lamia Khan, and Martine Raets for their hospitality and engaging exchange of ideas.
She underscored the importance of bolstering people-to-people connections and nurturing mutual understanding between Pakistan and Belgium.
She was accompanying by officials of the Embassy of Pakistan during her visit.
