Pakistan: Gold Rates Decline by Rs.1,900 to Rs.220,900 per Tola

ISLAMABAD: On Friday, the cost of 24-carat gold per tola declined to Rs.1,900, reaching Rs.220,900, in contrast to its previous value of Rs.222,800 on the preceding trading day.

Similarly, the price for 10 grams of 24-carat gold also experienced a drop of Rs.1,629, settling at Rs.189,386 compared to its earlier rate of Rs.191,015.

The cost of 10 grams of 22-carat gold decreased to Rs.173,604 from Rs.175,097, as the All Sindh Sarafa Jewelers Association reported.

Conversely, the per tola and ten-gram silver rates remained constant at Rs.2,680 and Rs.2,297.66, respectively.

According to the Association’s report, in the global market, the price of gold declined by $15, reaching $2,090 from its previous value of $2,105. —APP
