ISLAMABAD: In Pakistan, per capita consumption of cooking oil is one of the highest in the world, approximately 17 Kilograms per year, the United States Department of Agriculture revealed in its latest report.
The report said that the per capita consumption of cooking oil in the US is 8.6 kilograms, Japan 2 kg, and France 1.7 kg.
While the consumption in the United Kingdom is 1.6 kilograms and in Germany, it is 1.3 kilograms.
