ISLAMABAD: President of the Republic of Maldives, Dr. Mohamed Muizzu, and Pakistan Caretaker Prime Minister Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar hold telephonic conversation on Thursday, Radio Pakistan reported.
During the high-level telephonic conversation, both sides affirmed their commitment to bolster Pakistan and Maldives bilateral relations and explore avenues for enhanced cooperation, particularly focusing on trade and environmental initiatives.
The leaders also conveyed their shared aspiration to contribute to peace and development in South Asia by fostering greater regional cooperation.
