Pakistan Organizes Photography, Painting Exhibition in Connection with Kashmir Solidarity Day

ISLAMABAD: A digital photography and painting exhibition was organized in the federal capital of Pakistan to highlight Indian atrocities in the Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir region.

The exhibition was arranged in connection with the upcoming Kashmir Solidarity Day, to be observed on Monday. Through photography and painting, egregious human rights abuses and the plight of Kashmiris living under occupation for decades were highlighted.

The exhibition showcased various paintings created by school students, vividly portraying the dire circumstances faced by the innocent people of Kashmir. These artistic expressions served as a poignant reflection of the ongoing challenges in the region.

Secretary of Information and Broadcasting, Shahera Shahid, served as the chief guest and emphasized the importance of instilling awareness about the Kashmir issue among the younger generation.

She voiced concerns over India’s alleged attempts to alter the demographic composition of the Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir by settling Hindus in the region.

During the event, students captivated the audience by presenting freedom songs and poems, earning appreciation for their heartfelt expressions in support of Kashmir.
