ISLAMABAD: Pakistan’s Caretaker Prime Minister Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar, along with Chief of Naval Staff Admiral Muhammad Amjad Khan Niazi, visited the family of Lt. Commander Hamza Abid of the Pakistan Navy, who tragically lost his life in a helicopter crash in Gwadar earlier this week.
During the visit, the Prime Minister conveyed his heartfelt condolences to the parents and family members of the heroic naval officer. Notably, the father of the martyred officer had also served in the Pakistan Navy.
Later, the Prime minister also took to X, saying, “We as a nation are indebted to the martyrs.”

Three Navy Personnel Martyred in Helicopter Crash
Earlier on Monday, two officers and one soldier of the Pakistan Navy were martyred after a helicopter crashed during training in the Gwadar area of the country’s southwestern Balochistan province due to a technical issue.
