LAHORE: In an effort to enhance passenger experience, Pakistan Railways has introduced dining car services on trains.
Amir Baloch, the Chief Executive Officer of Pakistan Railways, announced the initiation of dining car facilities on the Bahauddin Zakaria Express. The dining car can accommodate up to 45 passengers at a time, offering a menu with over 40 dishes, including Barbecue and Pizza.
Amir Baloch said that this service will soon be extended to other trains within a few weeks. Despite limited resources, Pakistan Railways is committed to providing the best possible facilities to passengers.
Baloch also mentioned ongoing efforts to improve sleeping arrangements and cleanliness management on trains.
