ISLAMABAD: Pakistan’s Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has said that the entire nation stands united in its resolve to eradicate terrorism.
He commended the police and frontier constabulary for their successful prevention of a terrorist attack in Takhta Beg area of Khyber District of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
In a statement, he honored the bravery of police personnel Ijaz and FC personnel Shehzad, who laid down their lives while defending the nation against terrorists.
He expressed heartfelt condolences to the families of the martyrs and prayed for their elevated status in the hereafter.
Acknowledging the sacrifices made by Pakistan’s armed forces, police, and law enforcement agencies for maintaining peace, the Prime Minister underscored the nation’s pride in its martyrs and their families.
