ISLAMABAD: Pakistan and South Africa will face each other in a make-or-break tri-nation cricket series clash at the newly upgraded National Bank Stadium in Karachi on Wednesday.
The team winning today’s day-night match will go on to play the final against New Zealand, which has comprehensively beaten both Pakistan and the Proteas in their first two matches.
Two changes have been made to the Pakistan squad as Muhammad Hasnain has been included in the team.
According to media reports, Saud Shakeel has also made a comeback. On the other hand, skipper Muhammad Rizwan is optimistic about winning today’s match.
On Tuesday, Pakistan had announced the playing XI for the match against South Africa.
The stakes are high as both teams gear up for this do-or-die encounter on Wednesday, with the victor earning a spot in the final against the undefeated Black Caps.
