CARDIFF: The third T-20 of four match series between England and Pakistan will be played at Cardiff today. The match will start at 10:30pm. Pakistan will try their best to win the match to restore their confidence ahead of T20 World Cup 2024. English team lead the series 1-0.
In 2nd match, Imad Wasim and Shaheen Shah Afridi’s excellent bowling figures, along with Haris’s impressive return to competitive cricket, were overshadowed by Buttler’s sparkling half-century as England defeated Pakistan by 23 runs on Saturday.
Imad, Shaheen, and Haris shared all seven England wickets between them and limited the English to 183 runs after the hosts, put into bat, had raced to 96 for one at the halfway stage and 144 for three following 15 overs.
Fakhar Zaman then led Pakistan’s fightback with a signature 45 but lacked aid from the other end as the Pakistan ended up at 160 in 19.2 overs.
