Pakistan to Send 200 Tons of Humanitarian Aid to Palestine, Lebanon

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan’s National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) has issued an invitation for bids from reputable air cargo companies to operate charter flights for transporting humanitarian aid to Palestine and Lebanon.

The authority is seeking two charter flights, each with a capacity of approximately 100 tons of relief supplies.

Interested air cargo companies must be registered with the Income and Sales Tax departments to participate in the bidding process. Bid application forms can be downloaded from the NDMA and PEPRA websites. Completed bid documents, along with instructions and terms, must be submitted by October 13.

The selected bidders will be announced on the same day, in the presence of the participating companies.

According to media reports, Pakistan plans to send a total of 200 tons of relief supplies to Palestine and Lebanon as part of its humanitarian support for areas affected by Israeli attacks.

The charter flights will transport essential supplies, including food, shelter, and medical equipment, to assist impacted communities in these regions.
