ISLAMABAD: Pakistan’s Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif said on Saturday that Pakistan valued its mutually beneficial relations with the United States (US) and was determined to further enhance its investment and trade in multi-dimensional fields of industry, IT, and agriculture.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif was talking to Pakistan’s Ambassador to the US, Sardar Masood Khan, who called on him, PM Office Media Wing said.
The prime minister directed the ambassador to identify further avenues of partnership to promote Pak-US investment and trade.
Cooperation with US investors
PM Shehbaz directed Pakistan’s Mission in Washington and the officials in Pakistan to extend full cooperation to American investors.
PM Shehbaz underscored that the government was working on a priority basis to further relax trade and investment-related regulations.
The ambassador briefed the premier about the performance of Pakistan’s mission in the US.
