Pakistan Win Toss, Elect to Bat in WCL 2024 Final Against India

BIRMINGHAM: Pakistan Champions won the toss and opted to bat first against India Champions in the final of the World Championship of Legends (WCL) 2024 being played at the Edgbaston Stadium in Birmingham on Saturday.

Pakistan have been on fire throughout the tournament as they have lost only one match. Earlier, the Green Shirts, led by Younis Khan, beat Australia, India, England and West Indies in the group stage.

In the semi-final against West Indies, after giving the 199-run target, the Pakistani bowlers displayed a brilliant display and propelled their team to the tournament’s final. Sohail Khan was Pakistan’s best performer with the ball as he grabbed four wickets and restricted the Caribbean team to 178 runs.
