ISLAMABAD: Minal Khan, a prominent Pakistani drama actor who recently took a hiatus from acting following the birth of her son, engaged in a lighthearted exchange on social media after receiving a marriage proposal from a fan.

Known for her roles in Pakistani television dramas and active presence on Instagram, Minal Khan often shares glimpses of her life and updates with her followers. Recently, she posted a video on her official Instagram account where she was seen in a black and white two-piece co-ord set, captioning it, “Life is black and white,” accompanied by a ghost emoji.

The post quickly garnered attention, amassing nearly 30 thousand likes and over a hundred comments from her fans. Among these comments was a proposal of marriage from a fan, who expressed his desire to marry the actor.

Responding to the proposal with wit and humor, Minal Khan informed the fan that she was already married, adding a ‘rolling on the floor laughing’ (ROFL) emoji to her comment.

The fan, upon learning this, humorously expressed his disappointment, saying, “Hearing this has saddened me.”

The light-hearted exchange did not go unnoticed by other users on the platform, who joined in the playful banter, suggesting that Minal should also mention that she is a mother to her son, Hasan.

Minal Khan gained prominence through her roles in Pakistani television dramas, notably appearing in the comedy soap opera “Quddusi Sahab Ki Bewah.” In 2021, she tied the knot with Ahsan Mohsin Ikram, and the couple welcomed their first child in November last year.

Despite taking a break from acting to focus on motherhood, Minal remains active on social media, particularly Instagram, where she shares insights into her personal life and engages with her fans on various topics ranging from skincare to beauty tips.
